Our Team

Tina Boules - Director & Speech Pathologist

Tina is the founder of Living Words Speech Pathology. Tina has always been passionately advocating for people with various needs, formerly as a Lawyer and now as a Speech Pathologist in the community. She is an enthusiastic, creative and compassionate therapist. She believes every person is so beautifully and uniquely made and it’s these differences that she embraces which allow her to make a real difference.

Since completing her Masters of Speech Pathology, Tina has eagerly worked on building her knowledge and expertise. She is trained to provide:

  • Sounds-Write (evidence-based literacy intervention)

  • Prompts for Restructuring Oral Muscular Phonetic Targets (PROMPT)

She is also developing her skills in Auslan.

She has also completed further training in:

  • Authentic Alternative & Augmentative Communication (AAC)

  • Gestalt Language Processing

In her spare time, Tina loves to paint and draw, read, sing in a church choir, and spend time with her friends and family including her husband and little pooches, Bernie and Frankie.

  • Esther Kwok

    Speech Pathologist

    Esther has been working as a therapy assistant with Living Words while studying her Masters, until she became a Speech Pathologist.

    She is a big traveller and loves to explore different cultures. Previously, she studied in United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. Esther is trilingual and she can provide assessment and therapy in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. She places great value in the parent-child and therapist-client relationship, and she strongly advocates for clients' uniqueness, tailoring sessions for them.

    Esther believes that being a therapist involves lifelong learning. Esther is trained in Sounds-Write (evidence-based literacy intervention)

    She has also developed her skills in:

    • Authentic Alternative & Augmentative Communication (AAC)

    • Gestalt Language Processing

    • The SOS Approach to Feeding

    In her spare time, Esther loves to hike and run, as well as socialize with friends and family.

    Esther provides services via telehealth.
